Most people that come to see me hoping to overcome their fear of flying are very motivated. They feel their fear is holding them back in life, they can't travel or visit close family and friends or it's holding the entire family back from overseas holidays together.
They may have done the Qantas fear of flying course or CBT and have very low expectations of anything making any difference.
The good news is I have helped many people feel confident flying, got them able to board long-haul flights without panic attacks and hypnotherapy is the perfect therapeutic modality to achieve this.
It's not an easy fix - it can take 3-5 sessions but the results speak for themselves.

How Hypnotherapy Works
Once you are in a deeply relaxed state with hypnosis, I will guide you into a very confident state. You let go of fear and you become fearless. We change your neural wiring, geared to fear of flying, and build new neural pathways that make you feel confident and relaxed flying. Your unconscious can't tell the difference between reality and imagination so we practise flying with your favourite music. That music we wire in will act like a positive trigger on the plane and will bring back these powerful positive feelings so you can fly in a relaxed state.
I also work with powerful NLP techniques that dissolve your fear and bring new feelings through. Perhaps we have to work with old fears or anxieties that you need to let go - the process of getting ready to be a relaxed flier can bring up many old emotions and events that are ready to be healed as you step into the confident fearless you.
