With a powerful 2560 tiny LED lights, you are receiving both red light, 880nm and near infrared, 660nm, wave lengths.
Red light and ‘near’ infrared light are thought to work by stimulating the mitochondria which are the power bank of the cells. This may in turn stimulate other cells such as collagen in the skin and may lead to inflammation reduction and increased energy.

HOW TO USE IT
You plug in the bag and wait for it to heat up. You put on your red light protection glasses. You choose your settings. You get in for 30 minutes and experience a heat something similar to a red light sauna. It is to be used consistently - daily for best results.
Recommended no longer than 30 minutes in the bag.

The RED LIGHT POD is lined with plastic which can be wiped down with a damp cloth for hygiene. Store your bag over a towel rail or under a bed.
